X and Y

Hi all,

As I turned to be more "detail oriented" lately, I've observed how some people get very irritated and even disappointed because they bumped into someone "different" than themselves.

I enjoy observing people's behavior even when most of the times I don't get pleasantly surprised. But this may be because I have set up in my mind the must-be people's behavior and anyone that does not act accordingly, I find "odd".

But again, if all of us behaved in the same way, wouldn't life be boring? If everybody acts the way we expect...it will certainly not be odd, but could it be special? What about the butterflies in the stomach when we are starting to date someone we like, and we are anxious to see what's going to turn out. True that we wouldn't be disappointed, but then anyone could be the "special" person we are waiting for... Or worst, no one would.

But most of the people have common behaviors though. Some are common regardless of our gender, and some others are women's classic behaviors or men's classic behavior.

Let's talk about some examples.
